Please note I will not be hosting any Public events from 31st January 2023. Nothing too drastic from our side, just need a break.

I’ll be providing updates when we’re back, here and on my social media platforms.

Thank you for all the custom and friendship this has brought me to date.

I look forward to seeing you all again soon, both new and old customers.

Another one of my favourites and many other peoples. The Saxon Zastrow Cuirassier by Connoisseur Miniatures.

Breaking the Square

Saxon Zastrow Cuirassier figures by Connoisseur miniatures.

Zastrow's and Lutzow's Freikorps

Saxon Zastrow Cuirassier attempt to break a Prussian Square.

I believe the regiment of Saxon Cuirassier were painted by Mark Allen, many years ago and have been rebased by the Mansfield lads. The Prussians are painted up as Lutzow’s Freikorps, painted and based by Doug Mason.

They didn’t break the square though!

More tomorrow.

These figures hail from the Connoisseur range, there are some nice conversions here as well.

Russian Guard Horse Battery

A Russian Guard Horse Battery unlimbers and engages the advancing French infantry.

Close up of Gd. Hse. Batt.

A close up, note the map laid out on the wall, which is a nice touch.

These are Connoisseur painted and based by Doug Mason, many years ago.

More tomorrow.

One of the more recent additions to the German Allies for the Napoleonic French. Westphalian Lancers by Elite miniatures, painted by Neil Sheardown and based by Stephen Scott.

1st Westphalian Chevau-Leger Lancier

The 1st Regiment of Westphalian Chevau Leger Lancier. Painted by Neil Sheardown.

A nice close up as well.

Close up.

The 1st Regiment of Westphalian Chevau Leger Lancier. Painted by Neil Sheardown, great paint job.

This close up shows loads of detail. Neil certainly has a great talent.

More tomorrow.

Here’s a fine picture of some Connoisseur Miniature Russian Cuirassier,

Russian Cuirassier

Russian Cuirassier from our recent Bautzen game.

These are Connoisseur miniatures with a few tweaks, swords replaced with pins and arm and head twists.

Russian Cuirassier with Russian Guard Cuirassier.

Russian Cuirassier supporting the Russian Guard Cuirassier (Hinchliffe).

Lovely figures that can do some real damage to the unsuspecting General and his infantry.

Elite Miniatures, French line infantry in Campaign dress. These were painted and based by Lee Sharpe, Aidy Sinclair and Andy Carter a few years ago.

9th Line close up.

A close up of the above unit.

1st Battalion 9th Line.

French infantry advance in our lastest weekend event.

I have had a few requests for more close ups, so here goes.

I hope you enjoy them.

Here is a couple of photo’s of one of our French Line Lancer regiments.

Chevau-leger lancier

Chevau leger Lancier, French.

Painted by Doug Mason and based by Stephen Scott, not too much conversion work here though, the flag is a GMB Design. The figures are Connoisseur cast under the Bicorne Miniatures banner these days.

Charge of Chevau leger lancier

Close up of the same unit.
