Here is another view of the recent Marengo battle, this shows a battalion of German infantry defending the recently captured Farmstead of “La Storiglioni” positioned on the Austrian left as they advanced, it was hard fought over on the previous day.
I believe these were originally painted by Doug Mason, the figures are the limited edition Old Glory, sadly no longer available I believe, hence them being limited I suppose!
After holding up the French advance for over three hours in game time, the remnants then retired in good order.
