Please note I will not be hosting any Public events from 31st January 2023. Nothing too drastic from our side, just need a break.

I’ll be providing updates when we’re back, here and on my social media platforms.

Thank you for all the custom and friendship this has brought me to date.

I look forward to seeing you all again soon, both new and old customers.

Here is another chance to win the prestigious trophy of the Year, well in my humble opinion…but I am biased.

Doubles tournament for Warhammer 40K taking plave here in Kingsclere at the Wargames Holiday Centre, 4th October 2014. All times etc. in the Information Pack.

2 x 1,500 points armies allied.

6′ x 6′ tables.

Come on, you know you want to!

Drop me a line for places.

This is the first time I had run any Ancient battles at the WHC. I met a jolly decent chap at Colours last year and was so impressed with his collection and ruleset, “To the Strongest” I asked him if he wanted to do something at the WHC.

Well we ran 5 games over the weekend and all twelve players got to play all of them….sometimes twice as the other side.

Here are a few images.

Well this is only a very small selection of the hundreds of photos.

It has proved so popular that I have talked Simon into running another weekend, 30th and 31st August inclusive. If you fancy a go, then just contact me on info@warameshc.co.uk or through the contacts tab here on the site.

Good afternoon Generals, it has been a little while since my last post. So I wanted to bring you images of the weekends you have missed. Here is the first of many…..

Recently one of our weekends was rearranged as this battle, the guys were keen to try another battle from 1812. The Battle of Lubino takes place just after Smolensk and uses some of my favourite French allies, the Wurttemburg troops.

As usual, hover over the photo for the title.

Enjoy!

Next the Ancients weekend!

Christmas 1944, the Ardennes, Belgium. Take command at the turning point of the Ardennes offensive!

Can the Panzer Divisions succeed in a final effort to break through to the River Meuse? Fielding some of the best equipment in the German armoury, try your best to change history in one of the most popular “what-ifs” of the Second World War.

As a US Army commander can your meagre forces buy enough time for a mass of reinforcements to fight a final engagement and stop the German advance? The American commanders will also have the chance to field some of their Army’s best equipment. The US forces make their first appearence at the Wargames Holiday Centre.

Played out using the Rapid Fire Rules.
